Lead AND Deal funnel conversion rates in one report

Problem Statement: Currently with the new Lead object, HubSpot users are unable to track conversion rates through the entire funnel. 

Desired Outcome:

  • Be able to track conversion rates through the Lead object and into the Deal object in a single report
  • See full funnel reporting for Leads>Deals>Customers in a single report
  • See average time in X stage
  • Be able to filter this report by:
    • Date range
    • Multiple reps (e.g. how does BDR 1's conversion rates differ when leads are given to AE 1 vs AE 2)
    • Custom properties (e.g. market segment)
    • Product/line item (though this may be tough as some line items not assigned early stages)
    • Contact/Lead/Deal source (attribution models)
    • Etc.

I would also like this and am asked by senior leadership for this regularly. I would like to see the entire customer journey from lead to deal closed won/lost. I would also like to be able to filter on something like "lead source" to see which lead sources are most valuable, e.g. number of objects at every stage with the same lead source so we can see where they fall off, how many make it to Deal Closed/Won?
