Last sequence unenrollment reason

Hello!

 

Similar to the 'Email hard bounce reason' property, it would be great to have a 'Last sequence unenrollment reason'.

 

Context: There are various reasons why a contact might unenroll from a sequence, with vastly different action items for a sales person. For example, when a contact bounces, they should check the email for validity or research an alternative. When a contact successfully completes the sequence and does not answer, one might want to enroll them in another sequence.

 

By looking at the current sequence contact properties, it's not possible to determine with 100% accuracy, what caused the unenrollment.

 

A property that documents the reason would facilitate workflows that document lead status or create tasks for sales reps.
