Last engagement metric should include calls

It would be really helpful if the "Last engagement" section of the Account Overview included conversations with that company. If a contact calls a sales rep, that seems like the ultimate form of engagement and it should be included in that section. 


Right now, an account could look disengaged, but the reality could be that they have called our sales rep multiple times.

I agree. "Last engagement" should include calls, and marketing emails opened.
