It'd be helpful to have a date field that updates ONLY when the contact initiates an action, eg form submission, FaceBook Messenger reply, email response, etc. This makes sorting through leads more relevant, as it's not just create date (where you'd miss out on existing contacts that re-submitted a form or messed in) or last modified date (which includes company-initiated activities that may not generate a response and would just add more noise when sorting through contacts).
This would indeed make some use cases and activities easier, upvoted!
