LOGIC: Redirect after form submission to different URL's based on property selection
This is mainly a B2B bottleneck, for sales teams who serve different verticals within a company but do NOT share contact information because they are on different teams.
When redirecting to a Round Robin hubspot meeting link from form submission, we can't add two different teams in a meeting calendar link for availability because they serve a different vertical.
We need a way to redirect to a different landing page (AKA our case is hubspot meeting link) based on property selction (industry picked) or value in order to fully automate the round robin meeting assignment.
Not best case scenario but we had to use a 3rd party called https://formcrafts.com/ that integrates with HubSpot and embed it our HubSpot CMS. The form uses this conditional logic which was not available in native HubSpot forms... not a something I am happy about but had to be done. This is a very simple feature to implement please HubSpot make this redirect logic feature happen in HubSpot forms. 🙌
Feedback on Updates 07/13/2023: It's been almost a year now, and despite our efforts with multiple 3rd party form vendors, including Chili Piper and Formcrafts, we have found that they still don't meet our expectations. The time it took to implement these solutions resulted in lost company hours and revenue, as we faced challenges working around HubSpot limitations. As a result, we have made the decision to transition back to using HubSpot native forms. We hope that HubSpot will continue to improve its form functionality to better meet our needs.
Hi Katarina, we have a very similar problem that we are looking to solve and would like different call calendars to be shown based on the options selected on the B2B hubspot lead gen form e.g there is a number of employees field so, if the user selects less than 300 employees - go to calendar A, if more than 300 employees - go to calendar B.
We also have the use on Calendly, hence this is a potential solution for us. If possible, would you please elaborate on how your client used Calendly to resolve this? It would be most helpful.
Hi @WillMosdell, unfortunately, I can't tell you how they resolved this issue, because we worked with them on one other project and haven't spoken about how they solved this issue and if Calendly works okay for them.
Would love to have this so we don't have to pay for and use a different tool for such a simple ask! Other scheduling/form building only platforms will let you do this and I totally understand why they would have a larger feature set then the native hubspot meetings tool, but it feels like not too sophisticated of an ask to add in given everything else being added to Hubspot recently!
HubSpot's new meeting tool features show promise, but we're still missing the crucial conditional logic aspect. We've experimented with Formcrafts and Chili Piper, with the latter being a strong contender, despite some onboarding challenges. Currently, we're sticking with Chili Piper due to the limitations in HubSpot's native meeting tool. Our sales reps are now utilizing the built-in HubSpot scheduler's round-robin feature, but we're eagerly awaiting improvements in form conditional logic to meet our needs for inbound.
