I think that it will be a huge help if we could have the option to get notifications for the knowledge base activity. We recently activated ours and i find myself constantly checking and finding the same numbers (which is fine and expected). I believe it would be very useful if we had the option to turn on notifications or triggers that noify a user when an article is viewed and reviewed/rated. This could also be helpful to track performance and quality without constantly checking this page.
