Knowledge base possibility to add header/footer html code
Within the Page settings we can add header/footer html code for pages, blog,...
However for your Knowledge Base subdomain you get the message:
"Any changes you make won't be applied to your knowledge base pages"
We have a use case with a client for this and solved it messy by injecting the needed javascript validation code using GTM in the knowledge base (which is dirty as **bleep** and shouldn't be the case).
Yes, this would be great. I was surprised to find that we couldn't use HubSpot's design templates to help build the knowledge base. It would be great to at least use our global design for our headers and footers.
We paid for ENTERPRISE service only to find out that the knowledgebase is less customizable than our existing product that is 10x cheaper (HelpScout).
So disappointing. Why have an entirely different system for knowledge bases? We care about our brand and want the KB to look and feel like the rest of the site.
Yes, what others have said. We would really like our knowledge base to be on brand, and would at least like to be able to use our global header & footer...
+1 This feature is an abosolute requirement. There must be a way to add scripts to the Home page and category pages of Knowledge base to make it more local to the account. If scripts can be added to article pages, why not on the Home and category pages? We need to add a script to all pages to run a chat BOT for the knowledge base. It is a knowledge base and would benefit from a chatbot.
