Knowledge base article : "unlisted" status

It would be great to add one option under "Controle Audience Access" for knowledge base articles : "Unlisted".

Unlisted articles would act like "Unlisted" videos on Youtube:

  1. They would not be findable through search
  2. They would not appear on any "listing" type page
  3. They would be accessible by anyone that has the direct URL to the page
  4. They would not require any login/registration

The "unlisted" option would act as a middle step between "Public" and "Private".

100% need this - I found this suggestion by googling if this feature exists.

This would help immensely.

I need to keep old articles published, so customers that already have the link can still see them.

But I don't want old and irrelevant articles cluttering the search and browsing experience.

Looking for this same feature.  Since it has been a couple of years since introduction, any update on whether this in on Hubspot's roadmap for KB?

This is a need for us as well. We sometimes want to create custom versions of articles for specific clients to make available to their users. We don't want to require all of their end users to login and we don't want to confuse users if it doesn't apply. We also sometimes want an article available but not listed in the category stucture so having an option to publish articles into a non-visible category would be helpful.
