Knowledge Base article review dates and user assignments
HubSpot is currently not able to set review dates and assign knowledge base articles so that specific users in your HubSpot Account would regularly review and update the Knowledge Base (KB) articles.
Also, we aren't able to use Workflow Tool - because we aren't able to enroll "KB Articles" object into the workflow. And I have looked through integration such asConfluence, it is more towards syncing of Contacts, Deals and Companies but not KB articles.
It makes sense to have such an automation, especially when there are a number of knowledge base articles to be maintained and kept up to date. That way, we can ensure that the information in the knowledge base articles is most up to date and relevant.
Please allow us to assign an internal user as the article owner so we can audit, update, and curate with SME to look over and udpate as useage trends go up, or for articles that have no views.
