Knowledge Base Reporting By Contact and Company

Id like the ability to report on who is viewing the knowledge base articles and to what frequency so we can identify upsell opportunities.

I second this request.  From my standpoint, it would help to identify training/coaching gaps from our customers.

This would be extemely useful. KB usage is such a key measure of client engagement I cannot understand why this isn't possible!

I would love this feature as it would assist us in comparing who viewed an article but still raised a support case.  That will help us identify gaps in the articles and content.

This would be so helpful - cometimes customers have said they haven't seen any information on a certain topic, whereas we have published the information via Knowledge Base. Being able to see specific names at a customer account levelwould assist us here greatly.
