Knowledge Base Notification when new article is drafted
Background: Our company wants everyone to be able to contribute to our internal knowledge base by writing articles, but we want there to be a limited number of publishers. Those with write-only access can create articles, and those with write and publish access can review, edit, and publish the drafts.
Use Case: Allow notifications to be configured so that those with publishing access receive notifications when a new article draft is created.
