Knowledge Base: Javascript Integration on main page
Our business is to offer a videocommunication service for website visitors to get in touch with the website experts, which makes a lot of sense in a support context. This capability is added to the website through a javascript code snippet and we have this across our pages.
When one of our customers has a challenge with our service and connects to the knowledge base to find an answer, if they don't find the relevant article, they cannot reach out to us directly! They can create a ticket, but can't "chat" or "videocall" us - which is one of our typical usecases. They would need to be inside an article - or somewhere else on our website.
Can you please give us the possibility to include javascript code snippets on this page - capability literally available on every other page of the Hubspot suite?
