Knowledge Base -- Context Sensitive Help (specify the recommended or suggested article(s))

It would be great if the Knowledge Base widget is Context Sensitive. 

This way we can specify the article(s) that will be recommended/suggested based on the current page the user is currently working at. 

Additionally, if there is only one article that is suggested, we can set to automatically open the article instead of manually clicking it from the widget.
