Knowledge Base Articles sorted in Alphabetical Order
It would be so helpful to be able to sort the articles in a knowledge base category in alphabetical order so that they appear as we want them to (so we can number them and they stay in order). Currently they appear by last modified or opened which is unhelpful.
not sure if this is helpful, but you can sort the ariticles in the seetings. Sure a way to quickly arrange them alphabetically would be a nice feature, but here it works without having to press unpublish/republish. Go Knowledge Base --> Organize Categories --> Here you can move the articles
