Knowledge Base Article Ratings - Make editable

After newly publishing our knowledge base on our website, I was clicking around to double check that everything worked and looked okay and I answered 'No' to the prompt asking if the article was helpful, thinking this could be undone later after I see what happens. Turns out it cannot be and now in our Knowledge Base Insights it shows a bad rating that will look like it came from a customer, and I can't reverse it.
