Job Title as a preference that we can set for our users on HS

At the moment HS does not store Job Title as a preference that we can set for our users. It is only done on a Quote level. It would be helpful to have a job title field on the user profile in the settings that can be used across all HubSpot functionalities.

Yes, this is definitely something we need as well. When creating email signatures in "Presets" I can't add the title to the signature.

Highly needed, since there's currently no way to update your job title once you've been created as a user.

This would make email signatures much easier. Our email signature is just a block of HTML code, but non-technical salespeople can't be trusted to copy and paste HTML correctly. If I could build an email that pulls their user title into the signature area, that would greatly improve the experience by creating consistency between personal and HubSpot email signatures.

I'm brand new to HubSpot, and assumed I was overlooking the job title field for our users when I was setting up our email signatures. I'm happy to hear I was not overlooking them but saddened that this is not available.

C'est nécessaire que l'administrateur puisse même spécialement prévoir des intitulés pour que cela soit corporate. 

 

A minima il faut rajouter ce champ sur la fiche de l'utilisateur

Hi all, thanks for the feedback here! We've added Job title as a property on the User record released in 2023. You can access this field by going to Settings > Users & teams > Click user > Preferences. Stay tuned for more properties coming here later this year!
