1) Commenting on issues in Jira only sync up every hour. This should be realtime or closer to real time as there is a potential for miscommunication. At least all the comments eventually get in.
2) More critically, the Jira Issue Status only syncs every hour , the problem is if an issue changed status more than once in that gap, only the final status gets sent to Hubspot. This makes workflows completely untrustable.
