Our dev team uses JIRA and work with due dates which creates a calendar view for them.
We want the ability to create this due date on Hubspot (at source on the ticket) which will then map/synchronise against the due date on JIRA - essentially providing us with the same functionality
This is great Idea. It should be expanded. There is no Due date attribute for tickets by default. It should be for the ticket.
And due date should be included into SLA computation and notifications and other stuff.
