JIRA Sync delay settings update

It is a noted design that the JIRA integration expects delays in the tool itself between JIRA and HubSpot, particularly with comments. 

The basis of this seems to be an hourly sync to track these, as such this can cause delays from workflow enrollment triggers based on JIRA responses (a tool our customers automate often), to delays in a team's own internal processes when comments are not pushing through.

This could be resolved with a sync setting on either side that allows to trigger syncs manually when new info is created on a record, to send it directly to JIRA. 

Similarly, there seems to be no set scale on when the syncs trigger so while it notes an hour it can take less time. If possible this would be something that would highly beneficial to all customers using the integration if this was taken into review.

Great idea, would be definitely the last push to go for Hubspot Service Hub over Zendesk Service.
