With the JIRA integration, you can create a new JIRA epic on a 1:1 (ie from the a contact or deal). But this same option is not available via the workflow tools in Hubspot.
With out this having this each ticket where we Hubspot is needed to create a jira ticket and a epic is needed this now needs to be down manually by our support team wasting time and causing mistake that should be able to be automated.
