Is there a way to Set up approval process in hubspot for Change Management
Hi HubSpot team,
Got a requirement from business that we need to explore if a change management process is possible on HubSpot which should have options to set up multiple approvers and there should be an auto creation of a task/request once the request have got all the required approvals.
For example if a person from any team needs to perform any change in the company that may impact business that he should have any ways to raise a request through somewhere in hubspot ( like a web form or something else) which should have complete details of the change request ( like date, time, Total Duration of the change & the services impacted etc) and once the form is submitted, it should trigger a notification to his manager and if his manager needs a further approval from his manager, then it should trigger the same process for him as well and finally once it has all the approvals, a task should be generated for the requester for the same.
Just want to know if there is way to achieve that kind of process in HubSpot or any workarounds?
