Scenario: I am responding to a customer and want to use a template. I click the template button and a list of templates come up (so far so good). I need to use the search bar to find the correct template. If you just start typing, nothing will happen. You must first click the search bar.
Problem: This is annoying and unnecessary.
Solution:
Eliminate the need to click the search bar. This is such a small fix, but it is highly intuitive. You will almost always need to use the search bar, why not eliminate the extra step.
