Internal Emails to Multiple People in a Single Message
I know we can send internal emails to multiple people or teams in workflows, however, while this does send the email to everyone simultaneously, it sends each email separately. We have several use-cases where we want to send a single internal email notification to multiple people – all on the SAME message. I want people to be able to see who else received the message and reply to all to comment to everyone at the same time. This seems like basic email functionality, so hopefully it can be added soon.
Our current work-around is creating distribution lists in Outlook, creating HS accounts for those email addresses and sending to the distribution list email address. It's time-consuming and painful to maintain when we need to make changes.
