Intercom Event - making sales aware of support chats initiated by key clients.

At the moment it's not possible to trigger a workflow based on the creation of an Intercom Event. We would like that to be possible. 

 

Specific use case: I would like to create a workflow that sends a notification/email to a sales rep, whenever a key client initiates a support conversation in Intercom. I believe this would require an Intercom conversation to be categorized as an activity. 

 

Would really love this feature. And I believe it holds potential for solving other challenges as well 🙂
