I use Zoho for many of my clients. They learn the best time to send email/call a contact and make thos suggestions. They also use this intel when doing bulk email campaigns and workflow triggereed emails. When scheduling a bulk campaign, I can select recepient's ideal time based on when they open/responded to emails. If no pattern exist, then I select the default time.
People live their life's rythm. Doing so they demonstrae a pattern of when best to reach them. I would to see this in email campaigns and workflows and direct emails in Hubspot. It is very effective in Zoho.
