We have all our forms setup in Microsoft. I would have migrated things over to Hubspot already but the catch is the QR codes. Hubspot Forms doesn't have a native QR code generator attached to the Forms module, like Microsoft does. This is keeping us there since most of our forms are not embedded or seen anywhere and we often just put up QR codes on presentations at live speaking engagements.
So, either build an integration with Microsoft forms, or give us QR codes to use with Hubspot Forms!
The issue with forms and questionnaires today is that the data can't go into Questionnaire Datastore. you have to add it to contact records or other Hubspot records not designed to store questionnaire data. Frustratingly, the NPS survey questions are great but don't allow you. to build other kinds of surveys. For example, we want to do surveys at set periods asking about mental health so we can track the progress of results over time, and that does not seem to be possible in the system. This is such a shame... it's almost there, but bits are missing to make it all work... so I guess MS Form outside of HS are the only option. As I don't have the budget for a 3rd party solution.
