We are losing the traffic of our leads using the chat bot. We have about 30% of our leads comming by chat bot, but before it they accesed some paid or organic portal and than we can't know anymore their origin. It is baderly impacting our KPIs insed the company, because of it is impossible split the costs of leads correctly. Does the community have any solution for this problem?
I also would like the possibility to store UTMs and other paramater in contact fields coming from chat bot conversions. This is not only reducing the rate of leads with attribution data but it's also preventing us to store the GCLID which we use to push offline conversions to Google Ads.
Chatbot 100% needs to function as an inbound action.. exactly like a form when an email is submitted and pass extra data like UTM's. We are missing PAID activities because of this.
