Integration between MS Exchange and HubSpot calendars
Hi! As U know,
you have some limitations with this type of calendar:
Bi-directional sync between your Exchange and HubSpot calendars is not supported:
Meetings created via a CRM record will not be added to an Exchange calendar.
Meetings created in an Exchange calendar not sync with HubSpot as a calendar event
the limitations only will allow customers to set a meeting through a meeting link, but not really connecting and syncing meetings between Hubspot and exchange.
As support manager said, "This is a fairly new feature (exchange connection) so we are still working on it in this case".
We're working on MS Exchange, successfuly added e-mails boxes to Hubspot, and now it’s crucial to work properly with MS Exchange calendar 😞
We also have a client that uses Exchange and it would be very useful to have the same options in terms of meeting sync as the outlook and the google calendar features!
I'm also facing the same issue. I'm only using Exchange and it will help me tremendously if I could sync my calendar for the Customer Success Workflow.

J'ai remarqué que dans les paramètres de HubSpot, Exchange est proposé comme type de compte pour la synchronisation du calendrier. Cependant, après avoir suivi les étapes pour connecter mon calendrier Exchange, les événements planifiés dans hubspot n'apparaissent donc pas sur ma boite mail .
@hubspot Since this issue / request is known for years: what's the timeline now to get that fixed? Looks like zero priority ... Very surprising since I assume there are thousands of customers working with an MS Exchange environment...
This should actually be a basic feature. Exchange is a widely used platform. Synchronization has been discussed in the forum for years. Nothing is happening.
This would serve our enterprise level clients given MS Exchange holds 68% of the market share within the cloud exchange mailbox market and 40% within the hosted-email market.
Product Managers, Are there limitations that we are unaware of that are hindering you from creating a bi-direction sync?
