Disappointed at the lack of urgency in this integration being built - especially seeign that Gemini integration is now in Beta. Definitely feel like HubSpot is not prioritising customers on the Microsoft side. This will affect our renewal decision next year if not implemented by January/February.
We do heavily rely on automated processes for business efficiency using Microsoft product suite with Hubspot. A tight integration of AI propelled process efficiency gains are desperately needed here.
We do thoroughly welcome the support of deep Copilot plug-in being available asap. Thank you, HubSpot team and @hhiggins for making this happen.
