Integration Microsoft 365 Copilot with HubSpot

Salesforce integration is already possible. I would highly recommend to prioritize !

I would like to see this as well.  Anyone do a custom connector for this yet?

Hello, we saw that HubSpot came out with a Copilot feature, but it was not the MICROSOFT Copilot feature that everyone here was hoping for. This attempt at chicanery was not very honest, but a great way to bounce back from this misnomer subterfuge would be to do a hard launch with the real Microsoft Copilot. I just asked Microsoft Copilot about this and they agree with me.

Why not just make it? HubSpot has myriad ways to export data along with a robust set of power automate connectors.

Go read the docs on copilot plugins and agents. Anybody with some reasonable level of technical skill can build what you're asking for in a day using no-code tools in MSFT.

If this connector doesn't happen, why should I continue to use Hubspot?

If you allow the connector, you can try to build your Breeze AI tool in the background.

If you choose not to allow the connector don't hold your breath that your customers will still be around.

We desparately need this integration, its crazy that this isn't available yet. So many other AI tools have this integration, so we need this too. Is there any update on where this stands?

We’re a Microsoft partner and a long-standing HubSpot enthusiast, so let’s just say we’re more than a little interested in seeing real progress on a Microsoft 365 Copilot integration sooner rather than later. And by “real,” I mean something more substantive than a teaser that’s pushed to INBOUND for a grand reveal. Because while “Wait for INBOUND” is a catchy slogan, it’s not exactly the most reassuring strategy for those of us with critical business decisions on the line.

We honestly love HubSpot (really, we do!), but our loyalty only goes so far when we’re hearing about how elegantly M365 Dynamics is playing with Copilot—and we’re starting to feel left out. Let’s turn this situation around: get the integration launched before September, then spend INBOUND taking a well-deserved victory lap rather than showing us a “roadmap slide” of what might come in 2026.

We’re rooting for you, HubSpot! Let’s make it happen. And then let’s celebrate. Because that’s a much better use of time than cobbling together workarounds or, worst-case scenario, jumping ship.

+1 This would be wonderful! Bonus to having it integrate with Teams as well.

I agree with the above. Building a Copilot agent that can integreate with HubSpot would improve the "stickiness" substansially, and considering that the Microsoft 365 Copilot user base is growing rapidly, it would be a good business decision.

Hi everyone! My name is Hallie, and I'm an Associate Program Manager on our CXM team here at HubSpot. I'm excited to share that a plugin for Microsoft 365 Copilot is currently in planning! Keep an eye out here for future updates. 🙂

We're an 11 person professional services firm looking at a new CRM. Top choice is currently HubSpot - EXCEPT that it lacks the connection to Copilot for Sales. We live in Outlook, Teams and Word. It's probably a deal breaker.
