Integrate Hubspots knowledge base with partner accounts.
Hubspot's knowledge base is one of the best I've seen and it was a large influencer when choosing the CRM we use. Now we are part of the partnership programme, the shoe is kind of on the other foot and I thought it would be good for the partners if the Hubspot knowledge base was integrated to any partner knowledge bases. That way I could quickly respond with any HubSpot enquiries and include a link to the complimenting page effortlessly which will equate to being used more by partners meaning a better service=conversion rate.
