Instagram captions, stickers & music functionality
When posting on Instagram through Hubspot there are lots of functions that you can't do in Hubspot, so it's not a like for like experience. For example, you can't add captions to a reel, you can't add stickers or gifs, you can't add music, you can't edit or choose the cover image when posting reel on the grid. You also can't post stories in Hubspot. And because Hubspot can't do these things we are having to post in the app itself instead of using Hubspot. Hootsuite and other social media tools can do this already.
Instagram is a key social media platform that all businesses are using these days, so it's critical that we can do these things.
Please can Hubspot look to include additional functionality with Instagram so we can post more things?
100% agree. I've been trying to figure out how to link our website to a marketing post for days so we can add buttons, etc. to our reels and I just found out that we can't do this using HubSpot. 😞 This would be a very valuable feature to have!
