Currently, there is no functionality to post Reels or Stories to Instagram from HubSpot. This is extremely important as Instagram continues to transition to a heavily video content platform. Are you looking into implementing this feature anytime soon? If so, when?

Very much interested in this. Hootsuite now allows you to schedule reels, stories and tiktok, when is this coming to HubSpot? The social media tool seems pretty basic compared to other ones, and I might suggest to my Director we downgrade our price and keep using hootsuite instead.

This really needs to be implemented immediately by HubSpot. As the original poster stated nine months ago from the time I am writing this, Instagram has transitioned even further to promoting video content and Reels. Without the ability to post reels, as well as some other social posting shortcomings, HubSpot Marketing is little more than a relatively overpriced CRM.
Like all the others posted here, would love to understand if there is any timing on the implementation of this function. This is a crucial function to have access to within HubSpot given the prioritization of this feature within the Instagram platform. As a partner who is pushing the benefits of HubSpot from a marketing perspective, not having this, will be a big drawback on the client side.
Following this, as well. Hopefully someone from Hubspot will respond soon. I'm a starter looking to upgrade to Pro, but feeling like the Social is basically useless without this. Also, what about Pinterest and Tiktok?
HubSpot marketing is essentially useless for us without this feature. How are we supposed to track campaign performance when a lot of our campaign content is reels.
Oh dear, reading about this makes me think we should not sign up for the product after our trial. Not having Reels and stories, is critical for us... we are aiming to have an all in one platform but this seems to fall quite short on the most basic of features. Is there any reply from HubSpot on this?
Yes! Platforms like Later can post reels to social media and we heavily use them for ourselves and our clients but need to use an external source to schedule them. We'd love to be able to have the additional reporting data that comes with having the reels posted directly within hubspot like posts do.
Upvoting this as well - we've just signed on for Marketing Pro and finding that there is so much functionality missing. Instagram automatically posts all videos as reels now but Hubspot won't allow me to schedule videos in reels dimensions which ultimately means we can't schedule ANY video content on IG.
This is absolutely necessary for social media. My company just switched from Hootsuites to Hubspot and we are NOT happy about this not being available. Not having this is absolutely crushing social media goals and strategies. This isn't a want. It's a need.
