Insert proposed times meeting function allow more than 1 hour duration
The 'insert proposed times' meeting function is great but at the moment is limited to a maximum of 1 hour duration. This means that it can't be used to schedule longer sessions for things like workshops or detailed reviews.
Impact: longer meetings are often the kind where being able to suggest specific times rather than allowing the recipient to select any availability from your calendar is a huge benefit. It would give greater control to those setting the meeting and the same fluid HubSpot experience for the recipient as they get using the standard scheduler. Functionality: allow duration of over 1 hour in the insert proposed times meeting scheduler. Users: any marketing, sales, or service user needing to schedule time with someone where the meeting is likely to be over an hour.
Came here to put in this very request. We often (actually very often) have customer meetings that last for anywhere from 90 minutes to 3 hours. Would be a huge benefit to be able to offter that meeting duration.
same for me i can not use this function if its limited to 1 hours, 1 h for a softeware demo is to short and i can not se the issue in extending the time to what ever limit
This is an important feature for me. My meetings can be for demos, intros, lunches, that all take longer than 1 hour. And I am much more likely to get a person to accept a meeting when I suggest a few times rather than offering up my calendar. Making it easier for the customer is always best.
Agree. If it is to complicated to add a setting just hard code in 4 more options: 1,5 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours Done quickly and a huge benefit for us.
I agree! I'm having to use Outlook for meetings which defeats the object! Hubspot - can this be done and so many of us are having the same problem? Thanks.
We absolutely need this please - we have induction and onboarding meetings that exceed an hour and renders the current functionality useless for us. Please can we add additional options for longer meetings.
