It would be great to have the ability to insert one of the premade payment links, just like the meetings and quotes insert options. Currently, I use the snippets tool as a workaround.
Who is the feature for?
This feature is for any user with access to the sales or service hub, which communicates with customers in one-to-one emails.
What is their goal?
To insert proposed meeting times directly into a one-to-one email sent from a record in the CRM or sent from your email account where you have the HubSpot Sales extension or add-in installed. Also, insert from inbox emails.
What value will this add?
- A more efficient and delightful experience
- Not to mention some more revenue.
Are there examples of other places or products that have this feature?
Quickbooks has a payment link feature. When I sent a customer a payment link, the idea came to me. I had to open a new window to grab the payment link, and I thought if we can insert meeting links and quotes, why not payment links.
