Insert Knowledge Base Article into Service and Sales Templates
Filing on behalf of a customer. Please add the ability to Insert a KB article into Service and Sales Templates like in the screenshot below.
The current workaround is to use the link option to the left of insert image to hyperlink a word like here or a KB article title to a URL for the KB article.
As the purpose of a template is to create preformulated email responses, it would make sense for the Insert button to mirror what is shown in the Create email editor, as they are both meant for the same function, drafting a Sales Email.
