It would be super-helpful if we could edit properties in the list views of Contacts, Companies and Target Accounts, instead of having to open the record, find the property, and then edit it.
The preview pane is helpful, but I often have property columns in the list views that aren't front and center in the preview pane, requiring me to click another button to find the properties. That's super-cumbersome when you need to edit multiple records - especially when each entry will be unique.
Totally. There are some (at least they seem this way) basic ‘me too’ functionality items that would REALLY bolster the value of Hubspot and make it less of a barrier when comparing the two.

Same! It would be an infinitely better UX to be able to update properties right from a list or filtered view when we have to update properties in bulk.
This! Is there no easy way to change a property value quickly and without going into individual records for contacts or companies. This is ESPECIALLY important for non-technical people. That it doesn't exist doesn't make any sense to me. Major obstacle to loving HubSpot.
Putting in our vote for this feature! Having previously done a lot of work out of Google Sheets, it's great to be able to see selected properties in the list view however the additional clicks it takes to actually update the property is a barrier for our team. It would be great if you could update it, rather than the information being static.
Yes!!! Really need the ability to use inline editing. I have several views setup for different teams and they need to be able to quickly edit certian fields.
