Information Explanation for key words

With HS there are a lot of new terms and abbreviations. It woud be awsome if there was a 'i' symnbol next to the work which you could click on for a discription/explanation. It would also make it quicker when training new people to use HS. We'd need to make sure the super admin can type the explanation in.
