We have already contacted Hubspot regarding this issue and they suggested to submit this idea here.
If you open a contact, you can schedule a meeting using the button with the same discription. Unfortunately, you are not able to change the text which is sent as an automated reminder. On the other hand, there is the possibility to write individual reminder texts for meetings that are scheduled via the meeting link. But these individual texts are not used in the first case.
In 21st Century where emails do not receive prompt attention and often filtered or ignored, HubSpot MUST have the capability to configure SMS (text) reminders just like the email reminders. This is URGENTLY needed.
It must be possible to send a text reminder as soon as a meeting is scheduled, 24 hrs, 1 hr and 15 minutes before a meeting together with the meeting link.
Please prioritize this asap.
