Indicate if the "Used In" assets in Property Settings tab are active (on) or not

The 'Used In' view within a Properties 'Edit' is always a great starting place when reviewing data health and backing into audits.

That said, seeing the status of the assets that a property is used in could be very beneficial to see how many of the Used In assets are on vs. off.

Use case - a property could be used in 50 forms and workflows but only 20 of them are active. Having that view, whether it's splitting On assets or having a status tag of some sort could be very helpful during CRM audits. Currently, the only way to collect this info is by individually opening the assets or by renaming with an indicator to match status.

While archiving/deleting will truly remove a 'used in' asset from the list, this feature could be very helpful as a stepping stone to better maintain and archive unused assets.

Hi there! I'm Rachel from the HubSpot Product team. Wanted to share a relevant update - as part of the Improved property archive experience bete (hereavailable to all hubs and tiers, you can now view the 'status' of two assets:

  • On/Off - for Workflows
  • Active/Static - for Lists

We also plan to show this information in the Property Edit > Used In section.

Thanks, @rwebb1 ! This release was a great solution. Zach on your team had reached out back in February of 2024 (just realized you'd been cc-ed!) shortly after I submitted this idea and we'd discussed workflow and lists specifically as some of the most impactful assets that sunk time while auditing and archiving properties.

I appreciate the team's hard work and collaboration with the community here - the feature has been a huge help for our teams.
