We're a B2B company with an external sales team. One report that our management staff tends to watch is "quotes per sales associate." We're pretty new to SalesPro and it's quoting features. We are currently tracking this data manually and I feel like it might be a relativly easy, and useful add-in. Thanks for any consideration!
This is essential for any business to track and measure Sales Reps success, seeing how many quotes they've issued vs how much biz they've closed-won it's definitely IMPORTANT. Hope this will be available soon 😉
Hubspot team, this is pretty essential. If you are going to include Quotes objects, you need *way* more functionality - gotta think about the actual lifecycle of a quote, and who needs to know what, when. Right now, your Quote featureset does about the same as a mailmerge. Reporting on quotes sent/read/by sales rep/status is table stakes. Certainly stops us from expanding our use of Hubspot into more than basic CRM.
It would also by nice to mark if a quote was paid offline. We have a number of customers who will pay via e-transfer or cheque and we cannot mark that a quote has been paid on their account.
Also, not being able to include a signature on an agreement that has monthly term is a serious flaw in the quote building process. It would seem that a signature is far more importnat on a quote that has a term period than a quote for a one-time payment.
