Increase visibility workflow comments

Hi, 

Workflow comments are great, if only they were visible. I'd love to see comments pop up when I hover over the comment icon that has a different color whenever a comment has been created. Right now comments are hidden beyond usefulness. 

Wouldn't that be something?
