Currently the file manager has an arbitrary limit of the maximum file size that can be successfully uploaded into HubSpot. This is a major restriction, especially in todays world, when wanting to upload webinars, videos etc. It would be great to see HubSpot increase this limit OR specifically set a file size limit so customer aren't left wondering if they can upload or not.
Currently in a KB it states, "While there is no strict size limit for files uploaded to the files tool, it's recommended that you upload files below 1 GB in size." This creates false hope that since there is no restriction, you can still try to upload.

I agree. We don't even see an error if the file size is too large, the email sends with no attachment. Causes a lot of frustration and confusion.
