It's essential to increase the 20 MB size limit for 1to1 email attachements.
This is a huge problem; when a customer sends an email to a shared team email with an attachment > 20MB, HubSpot's Inbox is not getting the email, so there's the risk of not giving an answer to a request.
Service&Sales teams often work with > 20 MB attachments.
We are working with a support department of + 50 agents and this limit is really not enough for certain communications. Are they any developments on this idea?
Multiple attachments combined can easily exceed 20MB, this is a major roadblock for our business. HubSpot, please prioritize this attachment file size issue immediately, 50MB would be a much more appropriate limit.
