We have clients with thousands of agents. Each of those agents are contact records in HubSpot. We have run into an issue where one company has more than 50,000 agents. This is a problem as HubSpot limits the number of contacts that can be associated with a company to 50,000. Please consider increasing that limit or create a work-around for these situations.
too large of a caseload seems like a lame reason to switch off of hubspot. but Ive heard of other companies doing this. and now am facing first hand this issue
We have the same issue. We generate tens of thousands of price comparison enquiries every month (which we store in hubspot as deals, but they could be a custom object), each of which is associated with a enquiry source (a company). This limitation suggests we will have to disassociate these objects. This is fundamentally wrong!
We're having this issue. As a staffing company we have a large database of people in our candidate account and have far surpassed the 50K limit which is causing issues as new candidates are being added. Would love to see the limit be lifted or support for other resolutions.
