Incoming email notification, and shared inbox for unread messages.
When a contact replies, or just sends a new email to a staff member or a chosen team - everyone gets a notification, and sees the unread messages from a shared inbox all within hubspot. This solves the issue of having to go back and forth between email provider and hubspot, as well as increase rate of reply.
When an email is dealt-with, (sent, or read), it then disappears from that inbox, so as to prevent cluttering, as the thread would already be linked to that contact.
A pop-up would be good to have when such an email comes in, not just a lit-up bell-icon on the top right.
