When you reply or forward an email from HubSpot, the editor does not include the email trail so, if you need to forward an email but edit or remove one of the previous emails in the thread before you do, you have to create a brand new email which then breaks the conversation chain.
Is it possible to get the email thread included in the editor?
It was recommended to e that we needed to reply to thread to encourage hubspot to develop an idea>
