Include Text Editing, Snippets, Links in Workflow Task Editor
As it is, when you create a Task from the Tasks page you can edit the notes section, include links, snippets, and format the text.
However, when you create a task from a Workflow the options to edit the Notes in the creator are limited to text input.
Linking to snippets or templates in Tasks would empower our team to use the platform more wholistically and efficiently, taking less time to pick and find the emails, snippets, or other things we want to include in our communication with them.
Absolutely AGREE! I want to ensure all service reps using same formating for creating task names and being able to use a snippet for the task name would be very helpful. Let's get more upvotes!
