I have multiple domains and several inboxes for each. I've been targeted by some online crook which sent me tons of phishing emails in the last couple of years. I'm updating the filters in every inbox of every domain but if I could have the possibility to filter them on Hubspot it would be great.
I have 23 inboxes connected and the correspondence of like 20 of them takes place almost exclusively through the Hubspot inbox. Almost never we check those inboxes on their native platforms (Aruba, Google etc.).
It would be very helpful for me to have the possibility of filtering the emails directly on Hubspot and then eventually update the filters of every inbox in a second moment. I would do it in my spare time.
As things currently stand, with only the ability to delete and block emails/contacts singularly, the Hubspot inbox is very limiting. In this precise moment the situation is as you can see on this screenshot:
Now, I've just finished adding filters to every connected inbox (ex. if email body contains "crypto wallet" reject the message) but if I might have done it directly on Hubspot I wouldn't have been forced to do it all at once on every connected inbox.
If you might add this feature to the Hubspot inbox and make it available both to the administrators and the users it would help a lot, especially with the possibility for the admins to make the filters effective globally, for every user.Sincerely, I wonder sometimes how Hubspot developers didn't do it in the first place because the possibility of setting filters for the inbox is a basic feature of every mailing platform and software (Gmail, Aruba, Thunderbird, Outlook etc.).
If you'd want to make it even profitable, you might add some additional feature available just to the Starter, Professional and Enterprise customers (I'm Starter). Extemporaneous example on the spot: if subject contains "XXX" answer with template "XXXX". I thinks that the filter feature may to open the way to a lot of new possibilities.Waiting for your thoughts.
