Inbound Phone Call Attribution


We're currently fielding inbound calls from a number listed on our website. 

We're also using forms to trigger a workflow and alternate contact assignment to our sales team. 


Is there a way to alternate inbound calls to a number on the website so that our sales team gets alternating inbound calls?

You could explore using Cradle for your inbound functionality.


Instead of fielding your calls, you could just set routes on the incoming phone number to either route directly to the sales team or if you want to get nifty and leverage more of HubSpot you could route the calls by contact owner. That way when the workflow rotates the owner and assigns an incoming call to a specific person, the call will just go directly through to them.
